Naranja Hotel and Restaurant  will be a high-end boutique hotel and restaurant that focuses on immersive experiences. Travelers who come to our part of Spain want to experience Spain, its people and interact with the natural beauty.  We will curate that one-on-one experience whether it’s cycling (road or mountain) lead by a personal friend out of Nerja with transport, personalized meals (lunch and snacks) included or walks in the vegetable garden with hands-on cooking classes led by Rachael and her team, coupled with a day of wine tours and a jaunt to the local market, or a progressive food tour through Granada City or Malaga City Centro. Two national parks are around the corner for hiking, canyoning, skiing, etc.  And, of course, the beaches in Almuñecar or Benalmadena are 20 minutes away. Your cabana on one of the famous beaches awaits, or, you can sail the Mediterranean from any one of 5 or 6 marinas that offer private bookings. If you prefer scuba or snorkeling, the options are endless.  We’ll only dive to 60 feet (the area is pretty shallow) but octopus are plentiful and they love to come out and play!

The investment offer is built on a solid financial plan, with an estimated IRR of 16-17%.  We will use capital to increase the value of the asset to create a stable, predictable sale and return of capital. We count on our Investors to participate fully in the experiences we create.  Come to Spain, destination Malaga International airport, and pick your experience from there. Naranja Hotel and Restaurant are at your disposal for the duration of your time with us.  Depending on the investor level NH&R will host you no less than 5 weeks during the 10-year investment window. 

In addition to the hotel and restaurant, we have contracts to produce an estate Gin (exclusive rights to Ebra production in Spain), excursions and onsite classes and private events.  Part of the business plan includes a staffing level to produce a 4 star quality stay (all the bells and whistles) within the existing beauty of Spanish architecture - vaulted ceilings, stone walls, Moorish tiles, .  As an experienced Food and Beverage executive, Rachael has created a menu and cookbook that highlights bringing the garden to the table…  high quality ingredients, either grown on-site or hand selected from local sources, with a predictable cost structure that can be maintained over the investment cycle.
