The Additional Revenue Generating Opportunities
Estate gin – Ebra by Naranja
Modeled after San Sebastian-style gins, this modern version is made from the neutral spirit of wine grapes instead of grain. The gin is aromatic and infused with juniper, lemon peel, violet and rosemary flowers. The botanicals will be sourced from the estate garden and from top tier EU suppliers. The gin will be produced and bottled for Naranja Hotel and Restaurant in the neighboring Valencia.
Ebra by Naranja will be the featured gin for the restaurant and hotel’s bar, will be available for retail purchase in the hotel lobby, and will be a unique feature of afternoon room service.

Food & Beverage Education
Onsite cooking classes will draw on the bounty of the estate vegetable garden, beginning with a light aperitif to be enjoyed in the kitchen as the chef gives an overview of the menu and the process. Participants will then join the instructor and master gardener to harvest ingredients for the meal they will learn to prepare. Classes will generally be built around a 3-course meal or a collection of tapas. After preparing and cooking, the students will break bread together and enjoy the meal prepared by their hands with local wines artfully paired.
