The Bar/Beverage Program    

Our estate gin will be the cornerstone of our bar program. The gin and tonic is the national cocktail of Spain. Our signature G&T is made up of Ebra by Naranja, house tonic, fresh orange peel and smoked rosemary. Classic gin drinks such as The Last Word, the Aviation, the Corpse Reviver will also be offered along with a unique collection of bloody marys featuring the juice of locally grown tomatoes.

The bar program will source spirits from around the world including whiskeys, scotch, rums, vodka, liqueurs, and beloved gins. Granada and Malaga both have a host of excellent micro breweries whose products will be featured in our draft and bottle offerings. 

No restaurant is complete without an extensive and well-balanced wine list. Wines from the growing regions of Andalucia - Sierras de Malaga, Granada, Montilla-Moriles, Jerez de Frontera (the premier region for Sherry wines) will be the cornerstone of the program but it will not be complete without selections from the west coast of the US, France, Italy, Germany, and eastern Europe.
